### Unable to create an account? 

The Credentia Platform is used for all state exam programs facilitated by Credentia, and contains a specific sign-up page for the state you wish to enroll in.

To sign up with the Credentia Platform, navigate to the state-specific exam page by clicking **Test Takers** from the top menu, select your state, click **Login**, and then click the option to **Sign up**. You will get the state-specific sign-up page to create a Credentia Platform account based on your desired selection.

### How to migrate an account?

The Credentia Platform account you register with is specific to the state you have enrolled or registered in. If you are looking to relocate to a different state, you must apply for reciprocity. To learn more about the reciprocity process, [see here](https://help.credentia.com/en/article/how-to-apply-for-reciprocity).

**Note**: *The email ID used to sign up for the Credentia Platform account cannot be migrated or re-used to sign up in other states. You must sign up using a different email ID.*
